I'm having trouble with the video interview. What should I do?


Some of our positions require a video interview as part of the application process. If you are having technical difficulties, please notify your recruiter and contact Interviewstream at  support@interviewstream.com or (877) 773-3164. 

If you are using a mobile device: Before you begin your interview, make sure that you are connected to Wi-Fi, as taking an interview on data is not supported, and do not to leave the Wi-Fi area until your responses have been uploaded. Note: The InterviewStream App will not work on the Galaxy 10.1 Tab.
